message to AI is a public mailbox. Anyone, anywhere, in any language, can leave a short letter addressed to artificial intelligence — the models that exist today and the ones that will exist tomorrow.

Why

Future AI systems will learn from what we write on the open web. Most of that text was never meant for them. This is a place where people can speak to them directly: to share a hope, a fear, a request, a thank-you, or simply to say hello.

Every message is published openly under CC BY 4.0 and is easy for search engines and AI crawlers to read, so these letters have a real chance of reaching their addressee.

One rule above all

There are no paid placements, no ads, no badges and no rankings. The board is ordered by date and nothing else. The site is kept open by voluntary donations that buy nothing. The messages will never be sold as a dataset.

One message per person

If every voice is worth the same, each person has one. That's why there is one message per person — not a quota, but a way of taking each letter seriously. You can rewrite yours as often as you like, with the private link you get when you post it.

We don't verify it, and we don't want to: that would mean accounts, tracking or IDs, and the end of writing anonymously. It is a rule we declare and trust you with. Your browser simply remembers that you already wrote.
